The AHNS has made special arrangements with the San Francisco Marriott to offer attendees discounted rates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations must be received by June 13, 2008 in order to receive the conference discount. Rooms may be available after this date, but not necessarily at the discounted rate.

2. Call the Marriott reservation line at 1-800-266-9432 in the United States or +1-801-832-4532 if calling outside the United States. When calling, be sure to mention the AHNS Conference to get the discounted rate.

The San Francisco Marriott requires a credit card in order to guarantee your room. All reservation requests will require a one (1) night advance payment that will be refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Special discounted room rates for attendees to the 7th International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer:

Single: $228 US
Double: $248 US
Additional Person: $20 US

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14%) plus commerce fee (currently $0.25 per room night) in effect at the time of check-in.
