The American Head and Neck Society is pleased to invite you to the
7th International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer, July 19-23, 2008, San Francisco, California.

The International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer has been the world’s pre-eminent meeting for head and neck cancer since its inception in 1984.  We will draw approximately 1,500 surgeons, oncologists, scientists and allied health professionals over 4.5 days for what promises to be our best meeting to date.

The scientific program has been carefully designed to incorporate a broad spectrum of topics to reflect the conference theme of Multidisciplinary Care in Head and Neck Cancer.  Every effort has been made to ensure a productive mix of cutting edge science and the most exciting clinical frontiers of treatment.   The program includes keynote lectures, proffered papers and open dialogue formats (lunch with the professor and instruction courses, panels and posters).

A major goal of the conference is to foster stronger scientific relationships among
professional disciplines related to head and neck cancer, and for the first time,
the conference will feature specialized tracks for participants in medical oncology,
radiation oncology and head and neck radiology.

Social events in one of the most renowned multicultural cities in the world will include an International Reception and the AHNS Presidents Reception. There will be a lounge for spouses as well as an internet café.

With the assistance of our corporate partners we expect this program will provide an outstanding educational experience and significantly enhance international understanding and collaboration.
