Conference Fees Include:
Admittance to all scientific sessions from Sunday, July 20, 2008 through
Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Your fee also includes one ticket to the International
Welcome Reception, the AHNS President’s Reception, complimentary lunch on
Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall, and continental breakfast and breaks Sunday through
Wednesday. Indicate if you will be attending any social programs or lunches on
the registration form.
*AHNS Members and Non-Member Physician categories
include (2) two Instructional Courses with registration. All
other categories may add an instructional course for $35 per
course. Course availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Accompanying Person Fees Include:
One ticket to both the International Welcome Reception and the AHNS President’s
Reception. Guests are welcome to attend the evening Poster Sessions at no additional
cost. Accompanying Person Fee is $150. If you only wish to purchase a ticket to just one of these events, simply fill
out the additional ticket line to the corresponding social program.

advance of the meeting through July 11, 2008. After July 11, 2008, attendees
must register on-site. On-site registration is subject to an additional charge of $100.
