Registration fees include admittance to all sessions from Thursday, October 28, 2010 through Saturday, October 30, 2010.  Also included are continental breakfasts all mornings, coffee/beverage breaks, poster receptions as well as the main reception on Friday evening.

Accompanying Guest fees include admittance to the Exhibit Hall and the evening poster and social event receptions.

Payment must accompany registration form.  Meeting registration is available in advance of the meeting through September 24, 2010.  After September 24, 2010, attendees must register on-site.  On-site registration is subject to an additional charge of $150.

The AHNS has made special arrangements with the Hyatt Regency Crystal City to offer attendees discounted rates on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The Hyatt Regency Crystal City requires a major credit card in order to guarantee your room.  All reservations may be canceled without penalty at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date by 4:00 pm.  Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.
