The AHNS is conducting a broader workforce study of need for head and neck surgeons overall, and how our recent fellow graduates are faring in securing clinical positions is an important part of this effort. The brief 4-question survey is below.
The survey seeks to gain information regarding the type of position you are in currently as well as the number of positions you have held since completion of training. The results of this survey will be entirely anonymous and de-identified and will be utilized in our analysis of our current and future fellowship complement and number of fellow graduates per year in the broader context of the findings of the larger workforce study.
