For Patients

Welcome to the website of the Endocrine Surgery Section of the American Head and Neck Society. The mission of the Section is to advance the care of patients with thyroid and parathyroid diseases by promoting related research, education and training of physicians.  Members of the Section include surgeons and other health care professionals with a particular interest in these diseases.

This website does not aim to provide a comprehensive review of thyroid and parathyroid diseases. Rather it serves as an introduction to these problems and potential treatments. If treatment is needed patients can follow this link to search for physicians who are members of this section.
