Sections or Services must complete and submit the form below for funding consideration. The Finance Service will conduct the preliminary review and determine if Society support is a viable option. The application will subsequently be reviewed by the appropriate division and approved by the Executive Committee to ensure the following:
- Projects are in alignment with the strategic goals of the society
- Projects receive equal consideration
- Approved projects may be funded by the Society, the Foundation, or considered for industry solicitation. Any industry solicitation will be coordinated through the Development Service in coordination with the Foundation.
Requests can be submitted at any time and will be evaluated twice yearly in advance of the Annual Meeting and AAO. The Finance Service will review the requests, make their recommendations, and forward those to the chair of the appropriate Division. The Division leadership will further evaluate the request and make a recommendation to the Executive Committee in advance of the meetings noted above. The Executive Committee will consider the recommendations, and coordinate with the Development Service and the Foundation to determine which projects can be moved forward. The deadline for consideration is yearly on January 15th and July 15th.
