Dr. Emre Vural earned his medical degree at the Ankara University School of Medicine in Turkey where he also completed a residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery.  He completed fellowship trainings at UAMS in head and neck surgery and in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. 

Dr. Vural’s clinical interests include head and neck surgery for the treatment of benign or malignant tumors of the facial skin, mouth, throat, nose, sinuses, salivary glands, neck and thyroid gland as well as cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery and rehabilitation of the paralyzed face. He is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Vural is a member of numerous medical organizations, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons, American Head and Neck Society and European Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Vural is an active contributor to the medical literature in the area of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, presented in national and international conferences and served as an editorial board member and as a reviewer in many prestigious otolaryngology journals.
