Members: How to Modify your profile
- Go to the AHNS Member Panel and click the “Create/Edit Your Public Profile” link there.
- Members are encouraged to add social media handles, in order to be tagged on AHNS Instagram and Twitter pages. Both AHNS members and non members can view profiles
- Log into your membership account and update your profile and bio

Dr. Fernandes graduated from medical school at the University of Toronto in 2010 and remained at the institution to complete his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery in 2015. He subsequently completed and AHNS fellowship in head and neck surgery - microvascular reconstruction at Stanford University. His current practice involves primarily high volume endocrine surgery, including head and neck ultrasonography.
Dr. Fernandes' academic interest includes health quality. He completed a Masters of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the IHPME of the University of Toronto and currently teaches QI, as well as being the NSQIP lead for his institution.
