Dr. Rafael De Cicco, MD, PhD, is a Brazilian Head and Neck Surgeon with a doctorate in Oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente / AC Camargo Cancer Center. He is currently the Head of the Head and Neck Surgery Service at Instituto de Câncer Dr. Arnaldo, where he is actively involved in clinical care, academic training, and research.
