Dr. Burke is a Plastic Surgeon in the Department of Head & Neck and Plastic Surgery at Erie County Medical Center (Buffalo, NY).  He is an Assistant Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine in theDepartments of Surgery and Otolaryngology as well as the Program Director for the SUNY Buffalo Division of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Burke obtained his undergraduate degree in both Biology and Psychology from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), and then went on to medical school at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (Buffalo, NY).  His post graduate medical training began with a residency in General Surgery at SUNY Buffalo.  Following completion of 5 years of surgical residency, Dr. Burke went on to a one-year fellowship in Head & Neck Cancer management at Roswell Park Cancer Institute (Buffalo, NY).  After his Head & Neck training, Dr. Burke then did an additional 2 year residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at SUMMA Health System (Akron, OH) from which he graduated in 2010.

Dr. Burke’s practice currently consists of both Head & Neck Cancer management as well as general Plastic Surgery.
