Areas of surgical specialization in Head and Neck Surgery

Endocrine Surgery, Head and Neck Research, Head and Neck Surgeon, Reconstructive Head & Neck Surgery

Biography/Statement

I am a Head and Neck Ablative and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing in Omaha, NE. Our group has one of the largest Head and Neck practices in the country specializing in all aspects of head and neck surgery. I specifically specialize in robotic surgery for HPV positive oropharyngeal cancers, microvascular reconstruction, salivary gland malignancies including sialendoscopy, melanoma/skin cancers and open/endoscopic skull base surgery. I completed my residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX and then went on to complete my fellowship training in Nebraska. I have been in practice 5 years and have become heavily involved in both the American Head and Neck Society as well as the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. I am very interested in survivorship after Head and Neck cancer treatment as well as outcomes research aimed at improving quality of life, efficiencies and decreasing cost of care.
