Reminder Don’t Miss Out Check Your Email: Survey on palliative care utilization for patients with Head and Neck Cancers (HNCs)

Dear AHNS Members,

We are writing to request your participation in a survey on palliative care utilization for patients with Head and Neck Cancers (HNCs). With this study, our goal is to better understand the indications and situations for which practitioners use palliative care services for their patients with HNCs. Please see your email to submit answers on the survey. The survey contains 10 short questions and should take no more than 5 minutes.

Your participation is voluntary, and all responses will be anonymous. No personally identifiable information will be associated with your responses or to any reports of these data.
