The Cleveland Clinic Integrated Surgical Institute invites applications for board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologists / Head & Neck Surgeons to join our team at Cleveland Clinic Florida; one at Weston Hospital in Weston, Florida and one at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida

About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a well-trained and/or experienced head & neck surgical oncologist committed to excellence in patient care. Fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery is required, with additional expertise in microvascular reconstruction and/or skull base surgery preferred.

In this role, you will play a key part in the continued growth and expansion of our Head & Neck Surgery program, working in a multidisciplinary environment alongside colleagues in medical oncology, radiation oncology, reconstructive surgery, speech pathology, audiology, and other specialties. We are particularly interested in physicians who value innovation, teamwork, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Otolaryngology
  • Fellowship-trained in Head & Neck Surgery
  • Experience in microvascular reconstruction and/or skull base surgery preferred
  • Commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and program development
