Dr. Ryan Winters is a dual fellowship-trained, double Board-Certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon and Head & Neck Oncologic Surgeon, and focuses his practice exclusively on Head and Neck Oncology and Craniofacial Surgery/Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Winters graduated with international emphasis from the Honors College of Washington State University with a degree in genetics and cell biology and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Vermont. He completed his residency in Head and Neck Surgery and Otolaryngology at Tulane University, then completed fellowships in Craniofacial Surgery and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the State University of New York in Syracuse, treating both children and adults with complex congenital and acquired conditions of the head and neck, and in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Winters is an active member of Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders, and has volunteered his expertise overseas in Haiti, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Guinea, and India.
