I am a surgeon and researcher at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. I am dually appointed in the Department of Otolaryngology, Division of Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery and the Department of Surgery, Division of Endocrine Surgery. My clinical focus is the surgical care of patients with thyroid and parathyroid disease, and head and neck cancer. In my research, I work to improve our understanding of the epidemiology of these diseases and generate new evidence to advance care of this important patient population.
