Dr. Mahmoud I. Awad is the Chief of Service at NYC Health + Hospital/Kings County and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He completed residency training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia & Cornell Universities. He then went on to pursue fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncologic & Reconstructive Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Awad specializes in head and neck surgical oncology, endocrine surgery, and microvascular reconstruction.
