I am currently a tenured head and neck surgeon and a Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery since August 2009 at The Ohio State University.   I am the Head and Neck Division Director and the Medical Director of the Head and Neck Oncology Program over the Head and Neck Cancer Service Line of greater than 200 employees, managing many aspects of the tripartite mission.  I have served in many roles in the AHNS and other organizations and serve as a mentor and coach for many medical students, residents, fellows and colleagues with a variety of needs from inside and outside our profession.  My goals are to help guide and be a resource for all levels of trainees and colleagues in aspects related or not related to professional activities.  I am fortunate to be surround by amazing mentors and I plan to continue to so for others throughout my career and beyond.
