Dr Roger Moukarbel is an attending head and Neck Surgeon at Clemenceau Medical Center and the Head of the Department of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Academic Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Balamand. He is triple fellowship trained in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology, Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, having completed his training at the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
