I am a fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon with specialized expertise in microvascular reconstructive surgery. I completed my residency training at Duke University, where I developed a strong foundation in complex head and neck surgery and multidisciplinary cancer care.

I then pursued a two-year advanced fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. During this intensive fellowship, I gained extensive experience in ablative surgery for advanced head and neck malignancies including complex endocrine surgery under the guidance of the Head and Neck Surgical Oncology department and dedicated a second year of fellowship training to microvascular free tissue transfer and functional restoration in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Upon completion of fellowship, I returned home to Canada and accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Western University in London, Ontario, where I provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with head and neck cancer and lead complex reconstructive efforts. My clinical interests include optimizing oncologic outcomes, functional reconstruction, and multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of head and neck disease.
