Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss the epidemiology and current treatment paradigms for hypopharyngeal and nasopharyngeal cancer
2. Compare and contrast preferred reconstruction techniques and brainstorm difficult patient situations
3. Explore solutions for management of the hypopharynx and nasopharynx with regard to function (voice, swallow) and innovations in reconstruction.
