End-of-Year Fellowship Survey for Program Directors

Dear Colleague:

Thank you for your continued work as an AHNS Fellowship Program Director.  As you are likely aware, the AHNS Curriculum Development and Maintenance Service has created a standardized set of learning materials meant to serve as a foundation for their education, which can then be augmented by their direct multidisciplinary clinical exposure provided by your program.  To make these materials as helpful as possible, we are soliciting feedback from graduating fellows directly but also would value your input on their use within your fellowship.  Please note that this year we will be sending regular messages to you and your fellow(s) walking them through the different components of the curriculum over the course of the academic year.

Please take a moment to complete the following brief survey.  Thank you so much for your time and continued effort to educate the next generation of head and neck surgeons.

Sincerely,

CDMS Leadership:
Michael Moore, MD
Arnaud Bewley, MD
Anthony Eskander, MD, ScM
