Endocrine Surgery, Head and Neck Surgeon

Biography/Statement

I was a faculty member at the Fox Chase Cancer Center for 15 years prior to joining MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2019. As a faculty member at comprehensive cancer centers, I believe that multidisciplinary head and neck and endocrine cancer care will yield the best outcomes for patients. My research endeavors have involved functional outcomes and quality of life in head and neck cancer, and health care delivery issues and tumor markers. These endeavors are more fully described below. My research and clinical experience have laid the groundwork for quality of life studies in other tumor types.
