The expert panelists will briefly describe the current state of  Otolaryngology Global Surgery. Focus on practical solutions to incorporating global surgery into a career and opportunities to use a variety of already available sources to enhance education programs around the world. Importantly, the potential ethical issues that global surgery raises will be addressed. The information will be presented in a manner that stimulates audience participation and leverages novel ideas from the panelists and audience.
