Enhancing Sentinel Lymph Node Localization in Head and Neck Melanoma: An Adjunctive Role for Indocyanine Green Fluorescence

Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) remains a cornerstone in the management of cutaneous melanoma, providing critical staging information that guides prognosis and adjuvant therapy decisions.
