Please complete the initial survey that was sent to you on March 25 (accessible HERE) if you have not already done so, and we ask that you also complete the brief survey of follow-up questions as a second part below – these also apply to your current training conditions during the COVID-19 crisis.
This survey is also confidential and you are de-identified by program and name. The information will guide us in the time of this pandemic and provide information for education, and advocacy for employment. The initial survey focused on the employment search and the follow up questions are more focused on the educational experience.
