Otolaryngology Physician Opening for the Space Coast of Florida

Position Highlights

• Employed FT position with Health First Medical Group
• Must be able to accommodate parotid, thyroid, parathyroid and extensive ear surgeries
• 3 ½ clinic days, 8AM-5PM, 1 ½ days dedicated OR time
• Ramp up estimated within the first year
• APP support will be provided once ramped up
• Call Structure is 1:6 or 1:7 with additional hire
• Required Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Florida or currently have a Florida license

 

Benefits/Compensation

• $440,000 2-year guarantee
• Production bonus
• $15,000 Welcome Bonus
• $15,000 Relocation Allowance
• Full Malpractice, 5 years of Tail Coverage
• $6500 administrative stipend reimbursement
• 30 Days PTO per calendar year, 5 Paid CME Days
• Retirement Savings Options
• Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, short and long term disability, supplemental & dependent Life)
